Queensland Land Tax Certificates now available 24x7

CITEC Confirm clients can now take advantage of round-the-clock access to the Queensland Office of State Revenues Land Tax database.

The database’s search function has been re-designed to create a user-friendly process that makes searching easier and ensures fast results.

“We have reduced the number of clicks needed to achieve a result, making searching easier and again displaying our commitment to creating a first-class user experience,” CITEC Confirm Executive Director Peter Buchan said.

“The number of screen-flow transitions has been reduced by 30 per cent and the addition of related searches will cut down the search time for users.”

CITEC Confirm has also included a user-friendly email option for document delivery from the database.

“This option provides immediate online viewing of results with an additional copy automatically sent to a specified email address,” Mr Buchan said.

“Search results will continue to be stored in the CITEC Confirm inbox for up to 30 days at no extra charge.”

As with all CITEC Confirm products, the Queensland Land Tax Clearance Certificates product is supported by the 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24x7) Customer Support Hotline team, free training and interactive demonstrations.
