Enhanced conveyancing product saves time and money

Property conveyancing in Victoria just became faster and easier thanks to the new VIC Conveyancing product released today by CITEC Confirm.
The new VIC Conveyancing product, which replaces the existing Landata Property Certificates, has been specifically designed to provide fast access to a comprehensive range of Victorian conveyancing certificates and documents.
CITEC Confirm Executive Director Peter Buchan said clients will benefit from the enhanced product suite.
“VIC Conveyancing provides clients with fast, easy access to a comprehensive suite of Victorian property certificates, as well as three new search options – crown land searches, water document searches and survey reports,” Mr Buchan said.
“Time is money and manual conveyancing can be time consuming. With VIC Conveyancing clients could save up to one hour per order.”
Orders only take a few minutes to submit online, results are returned by email or fax, and clients can access their results for up to 90 days from the CITEC Confirm Inbox.
“Clients will also benefit from the features that this product provides, such as the ability to save a partially completed order for up to seven days and also view the property on a map prior to ordering. The view feature ensures certificates are requested for the right property,” Mr Buchan said.
“As with all CITEC Confirm products, VIC Conveyancing is supported by our 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24x7) Customer Support Hotline team, and interactive training and demonstrations are also available.”
VIC Conveyancing provides clients with access to a comprehensive range of Victorian local authority certificates, rates, taxes, water meter readings, road, rail and public utilities, as well as crown land information, water documents and survey reports.
