New products mean greater efficiency for conveyancing process
14 May 2009
The buying and selling of property in New South Wales has just become easier thanks to the new NSW Conveyancing and NSW Office of State Revenue (OSR) Electronic Duties Return products released today by CITEC Confirm.
The new NSW Conveyancing product has been especially designed to provide access to a comprehensive suite of conveyancing certificates both for the vendor and purchaser. To complement this, CITEC Confirm’s new NSW OSR Electronic Duties Return product offers instant access to obtain a certificate of confirmation of stamping for each conveyancing matter, as well as the ability to self-assess a wide range of duties transactions payable to NSW OSR.
“More than ever, it is essential that the property conveyancing process is as streamlined and time effective as possible” said CITEC Confirm General Manager Peter Buchan.
“Coupled with our existing suite of NSW offerings, our two new products will enable clients to complete their conveyancing processes quicker than ever before from one easy to use portal.”
Clients utilising the NSW Conveyancing product will be able to submit their inquiries online and have the results returned by email. Original certificates will then be mailed to ensure the client has a complete record of the results.
“Clients can choose to have their results returned in two ways,” Mr Buchan said.
“The fully monitored option means the inquiry will be managed by a team of experienced conveyancing search agents who will return the full package of information to the client when it is complete.
“The return to client option allows the client to monitor the return of searches, thus saving money. Clients will also have the ability to request an urgent order for an additional fee.”
NSW Conveyancing will give clients access to a comprehensive suite of more than 40 NSW property certificates encompassing every NSW local government council.
