CITEC Confirm puts property data at your fingertips

07 March 2004

CITEC Confirm has teamed up with leading real estate analyst and information house Australian Property Monitors, to offer clients a new property information database.

The property and sales information database will initially enable clients to search for information about Queensland properties. Ultimately, the database will include information about properties in all Australian states and territories.

A premium service to be introduced later this year will provide an assessment of the current market for individual properties.

Australian Property Monitors has been monitoring, researching and analysing real estate price information since 1989 and produces Australia's leading national real estate information publications.

The new database features information in three broad categories - recent sales, title references and valuations. For example, a property search will retrieve one or more property records matching the entered criteria. This search will provide details such as property suburb, postcode and street address - the keys to enabling a specific property to be identified.
