Downloading Adobe Reader

To view and print a Portable Document Format (PDF) file you will need to have Adobe Reader. This is free to download from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Click on the link and follow the instructions to download Adobe Reader to your computer.

Viewing a PDF document

To view a PDF document from a web page, click the link and this will load the document into your browser.

The PDF document will not load if you do not have Adobe Reader installed. Go to Downloading Adobe Reader  and follow the instructions.

Saving a PDF document

To save the document for later viewing, right-click the link and select 'Save Target As...' or 'Save Link As...' and save the file in the preferred location.

Converting a PDF document

To convert PDFs to HTML or text formats use the online conversion tools for Adobe PDF files.
