Mission, vision and values

Mission

To support our clients in delivering their services to the community through the provision of excellent ICT and information brokerage services which maximise efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and economy of scale.

Vision

To be the provider of efficient and sustainable ICT services, information services and technology expertise for Queensland Government.

Values

Integrity

Integrity, that is, at the same time honesty, sincerity, a sense of honour, respect for a person's word and for commitments made, together with a refusal of any dishonest methods.

Trust

Trust, that is, the wish to give people and teams responsibility and to make sure that decisions are made as close as possible to those who are to implement them. Trust also consists in ensuring a great deal of openness amongst people with the company and as free a flow of information and ideas as possible.

Community spirit

Community spirit, that is, solidarity, friendship, fun, family focussed, loyalty, transparency with a desire to contribute to the larger community. This solidarity, necessary if we are to work efficiently with our clients, also implies generosity and sharing of the fruits of a collective labour.

Leadership

Leadership, that is, ability to influence and motivate others. Leadership means self confidence, achievement and commitment. Leadership is the ability to think strategically, seeking out information with a broad band, applying conceptual thinking, the ability to see "big picture" the realising that unity and cohesiveness are built from personal bonds. Leadership at all levels inspires.

Commitment and accountability towards excellence in service provision, efficiency, effectiveness, economy, innovation and achieving profit in order to sustain our business and prosper.
